The beach hut is being sold with contents included, featuring worktops with storage and a seating bench with storage underneath. Although not directly on the front row, it still offers views of the sea over the roofs of the huts in front. The hut measures 7'7" x 6'11" and has recently been repainted. The sale comes with an initial set-up fee of £727.65, which will be invoiced by the local authority after completion, as well as a licence fee of approximately £600 per year, paid annually from 2025 onwards. Additionally, the hut is currently exempt from national non-domestic rates, but if the new owner is not eligible for small business rate relief, the annual cost would be around £200.
