The All-Inclusive Licence Fee includes business and water rates, electricity and heating, cleaning of common parts, disposal of waste, building insurance, repairs and maintenance, and is based on a minimum licence term of 3 months with a one-month notice period at the end of the term. The pricing is as follows: £195 per month for a single person, £395 per month for two people, £495 per month for three people, £725 per month for four people, £895 per month for five people, and £995 per month for six people. Additional space is available upon request for larger requirements.
